The space
Filota Luxury Home is a 68-square-meter apartment. The building has an elevator!!!! It is comprised of one spacious bedroom as well as a living room with a sleeper-sofa. The full capacity is 4 people. It is worth mentioning that the kitchen is fully equipped and functional – a dishwasher is available for use. The bathroom follows a “black and white” theme with a designated shower area, hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, clothes, iron and an ironing board. The apartment also provides two balconies with one of them covering about 10 square meters. Furthermore, parking is free everywhere around the apartment.

*Filota Luxury Home can also accommodate an additional child up to 3 years of age on a special kids’ bed. An additional mattress for a baby up to 1 year old is also available. A working desk is also available.
