'The hotel was very nice, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great with a good variety. The staff is nice and very accommodating. But…. Please be aware that the location is across the street from businesses and a sports bar. The hotel parking was VERY limited and many times people going to the bar would take up the spots. We were told there were designated spots in the ramp garage across the street. That was very disappointing and irritating since it required going up and down stairs...

'Overall, our stay was fine. We had booked a two bed room and were upgraded to a suite. We had our child with us and I wouldn’t exactly say the suite was family friendly. Water pressure in our room was also lacking. '

'Good place to stay for a couple of nights. Friendly staff and very nice view from the rooftop. Location is great! Some minor comments on what could have been better: no water bottles in the room, very soft bedding for our liking and the cocktails seems to have been made with lower quality liquor.'

'The room had everything I needed. I liked that I could just walk out the door and be right at the pool. The bathroom / shower was spacious. Loved having a full refrigerator / freezer. Bed was comfortable. I could easily walk to some of my favorite cafes, bars, and restaurants in the Roosevelt Arts District. The host was very responsive and made sure I was happy and comfortable.'
