'Very conveniently located. Crossgates is right behind us and the University is just a few minutes away. Great price for a spacious suite. Gave me and my son room to have our own space. Nice front desk staff and great free breakfast. If he chooses SUNY Albany, this will be our go to hotel!'

'The hotel is doing renovation and my room was spacious and remodeled . Very comfortable. Due to renovation pool was closed but they said we can use the pool at a near by hotel. I passed because it would be too inconvenient and it’s cold outside the front desk staff was very nice and welcoming.'

'Good stay with friendly front desk staff. I chose this hotel as I needed to be close to the airport as I was flying out the next morning. It is a few miles away, but not a long way. The room was comfortable, good bed, clean, everything i wanted or needed including fridge, microwave, etc. It's a fairly good sized hotel too, bigger than I thought it would be. Shared a parking lot with an I Hop, I did not try the breakfast at the hotel because I basically never eat hotel breakfasts anymore. ...

'everything was fine, no issues during the stay. only thing is when we checked out, there was nobody at the office window at 9:40 a.m. I rang the bell 3 times in about 5 minutes and no one ended up coming to the window. I put the 2 key cards through the plexiglass window and just left. hopefully that is the way to do it!'

'The manager called me during the day to make sure we were still coming. Had a very friendly conversation. We arrived at 11 pm. He greeted me and was very kind. We had been nervous about a late arrival but he assured us he would be there till midnight. This level of thoughtfulness makes me very grateful. '
