'The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utinsels, and basic spices. Adequate supply of paper products. Excellent communication, and check in/out instructions. Very conveniently located to the Munson Medical Campus, and only a few blocks to the Grand Traverse Commons and downtown. Only negative, Parking is tight, larger vehicles will have difficulty getting into their assigned parking spot.'

'This was our second visit Nicely appointed 1 bedroom with laundry in the apartment, as well as a kitchen. Walking distance to downtown Traverse City. We enjoy staying here much more than a hotel. Hosts were helpful at our earlier visit, we didn't need anything this time, but responded quickly when I informed them we were checked out! We will likely be back next year.'

'At first glance, the rental appeared clean and updated, but that quickly changed. The floors were quite dirty, with visible salt stains and debris. After sweeping, it was clear they hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time. I also noticed loose cupboard hinges. The bathroom had more serious issues. The handle on the glass shower door was not securely attached, which felt like a safety hazard. Additionally, neither bathroom outlet worked, and I was unable to find or reset a breaker. 'This was my 2nd time staying at this property. It was as great as the first time. This time I took different friends and they loved it as much as I did. The shops and restaurants are just downstairs along with the tour check in. We had a great time sitting and relaxing on the large balcony. There is everything you will need for a great stay in the condo. I will be staying here again and I would recommend it to anyone. '
