'Amazing staff from the front desk to the housekeepers. Aurora made check in the only bright spot on a 10 hour moving day cross countrywith wife a nd dog. Rooms were well kept and very nice. Breakfast was good with a yogurt bar and quiche not your normal fair. The grounds are nice for pets. A lot of green space with waste baskets. Aurora got the 5 stars right away but plenty of others would of stepped in to secure the 5 im sure of it. Perfect place to end a stress filled day'

'The hotel was okay. The sheets we got were stained. You can tell it’s a little bit of an older hotel with modern updates. It wasn’t horrible it was a decent stay for the price we paid. We did not eat the breakfast because my son has nut allergies and we tend to avoid places like that.'

'This was, I think, the creepiest place I've ever stayed. I do have to mention that the woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely--but she was the only good part of my stay. There were a couple of the tiny roaches in my shower both times I showered (I had to stay two nights). My door looked like it had been mangled in a knife fight. The hallway looked, no joke, very much like the hallway in The Shining. I felt safe enough, like physically, once I had locked the doors-- but it felt very dirty...

'The room was absolutely nothing like the pictures. There was no air conditioning even though the temperature was around 90°F. There was no running water, the shower was dirty, the toilet was broken, and the entire room smelled strongly of mold and mildew. The conditions were unacceptable and the room was horrible. Because of these issues, I had to check out early.'
