Mayfield Slaapt 6. GRATIS WIFI (kan geboekt worden met Bluebell Cottage 6 slaapplaatsen)

Mayfield is een moderne semi-vrijstaande woning aan het einde van de straat .. Het huis is onlangs gerenoveerd tot een hoge standaard. Er is een serre toegevoegd en er is voldoende buitenruimte op de nieuwe patio. De lounge is groot met comfortabele banken en fauteuils. Er is natuurlijk volledige centrale verwarming en nieuwe dubbele beglazing en deuren. De grote eetkeuken is ook nieuw en volledig uitgerust. Boven zijn er 2 slaapkamers en een met stapelbed. De nieuwe doucheruimte is uitgerust met een wc en wastafel. Naast het huis is er een grasveld geschikt voor oudere kinderen om te spelen.
Mayfield ligt aan de rand van Thornton Cleveleys en is een ideale uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Blackpool en Fleetwood en verder .. Lokale bussen stoppen op aanvraag buiten het huis. De belangrijkste busdienst langs Fleetwood Road is de nr. 14 die naar Fleetwood en Blackpool gaat. De stranden zijn slechts een korte rit of busrit. Het winkeldorp Fleetwood Freeport ligt aan de 14 busroute. Er zijn attracties voor kinderen daar evenals winkelen. De traditionele outdoor / indoor markt van Fleetwood is ook erg populair. Fans van echte ale mogen de Strawberry Gardens ook in Fleetwood niet missen
Kinderen zijn welkom in Mayfield en kunnen veilig spelen in de omheinde achtertuin. Farmer Parrs Animal World is ook heel dichtbij. De pub Iron Horse is erg populair met zijn buitenspeeltuin voor de kinderen.
Een kinderbed, kinderstoel en speelgoed kunnen worden verstrekt indien nodig.
Voor golfliefhebbers zijn er cursussen op Fleetwood, North Shore, Stanley Park en Lytham St Annes. Er is ook een groot sportcentrum aan Victoria Road East
Deze accommodatie ligt ook heel dicht bij Rossall School en Fleetwood Nautical College

Listing accurately reflects a respectable clean semi on the edge of a very quiet estate - driveway parking, secure back garden for dogs, multiple supermarkets less than a 5 min drive, 10 mins from Backpool beach (a bit cold in January) - everything I needed for a break.

Great value for money

Plenty of space for a family, 2 decent size bedrooms and a small room with bunk beds. Comfortable beds, 1 double, 1 king size. Decent size wardrobes and loads of hangers. Nice conservatory on the back, spent a lot of time in there relaxing. Large back yard with patio furniture, good sun trap and sheltered from wind. Drive on front of house ideal as the house is situated on a bus route, however not a noisy road. Very good value for money.

We had a great stay at this property. The house was perfect for our needs . It had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. It has a good size conservatory and it is in a good location , Ideal for visiting Blackpool, Fleetwood, Morecambe etc. It has an enclosed garden which was safe and secure for our dog. It would be ideal for a family . On the downside the kitchen cupboards could do with a good clean and also the carpet . Overall this is a good place to stay and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, facilities were nice and there was adequate space for me, hubby and our 4 kids. Communication with owner was great and questions were answered promptly. Only downside was shower as wasn’t very strong so a struggle to wash long hair. We would stay again 😊

Family break away

Mayfield house is a lovely cosy home as described. We were a family of three. The addition of a extra tv room in the conservatory and two hand rails on the stairs was very helpful and made the stay easy for my mother. The location was ideal for all the surrounding areas we were no more than 10 minutes away from where we planned to visit. There is a good local pub within walking distance and a local shop for supplies.

Nice four days away.

The property is in a really nice area. The house is very comfortable. Everything is provided. Towels, cleaning stuff. Good Wi Fi. We used our fire stick. There is a pub 5 mins walkaway that does food. There is a bus stop there No14 bus into Blackpool. We booked a Sainsbury's delivery for aboutan hour after we arrived. We had a rely good stay. Fantastic value

The second time for us at this property after the so called "staycation" boom Helen has kept the price the same as all other properties have doubled in price. Lovely quiet location number 75 bus gets you to the tram or 20 minute walk. A great base for Blackpool. Kay's fish and chips amazing.

A break much needed

The owner communicates well. The house was a really good size,plenty of clothes hangers in bedrooms,beds good to sleep on and a nice hot shower! Towels if you require them too! The kitchen has everything you need with a nice big table and a bonus to have a 50inch TV in the lounge(to watch football on,)and conservatory too. It's location is quiet with the pub and Co-op about 10 mins walk.

Its a nice cosy little house. Big conservatory and outdoor patio area. Clean with dinning kitchen and lounge. Quiet location and ok for the bus , some which stop outside. parking for 2 cars on the drive . We very much enjoyed out stay. No complaints for the price.
