'The location is great as it is very central to the town. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Very clean room which had everything that I needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely cooked breakfast, too. '

'Very nice property, great base for birdwatching as Minsmere RSPB reserve and Dunwich heath close by. Good facilities and having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 3 of us was excellent. Couple of gripes, single bed mattress was too soft, and dini g table bit too big for the room, made moving around it a squeeze.'

'The property is in need of a refurbishment, particularly the wooden floor. Quiet grubby, cobwebs and generally in need of a deep clean. The marketing pictures do not reflect the condition of the property.'

'The apartment enjoys a central location in the lovely quaint coastal town of Southwold. A very comfortable, spacious flat with plenty of shops and places to eat on your doorstep. The bedrooms are on a slightly lower level to the living room and kitchen area and would benefit from some sort of coloured strip to draw your attention to this as the flooring is all one uniform colour. An accident waiting to happen! Otherwise a really nice place to stay.'
