House on the banks of the Thouet River near Thouars/St. Varent

Our house by the river welcomes you in calm and greenery. With its independent entrance, and its delimited parking space we welcome you for your holidays, your outings or for any business trip. A charming, bright, comfortable and very well equipped house for 4 people maximum.
The accommodation
Independent and autonomous entrance (key box)

The accommodation includes:
- An independent bedroom with a double bed: duvet, pillows, blanket on site (sheets provided and bed made from 3 nights)

OPTION: For one or two nights, you can take the bed linen/towels option on request at the rate of:

1 bed = 20€
Sleeps 2 = 30€

+ 1 travel cot in the closet (without sheets)
- A living room with television (many TNT channels as well as radio channels), sofa bed
- Kitchen equipped with an oven/microwave, hob, large fridge with freezer section, toaster, kettle, dolce gusto, coffee maker and all kitchen utings
- A shower room
- Separate toilet
- Washing machine, iron are at your disposal
- Garden table and chairs on the terrace as well as a barbecue
- 2 bicycles on site for possible rides
- Kitchen towels provided and towels (from two nights minimum)

- Parking space in front of the house
- Private courtyard with green space.
- The accommodations are non-smoking

The fiber has just been connected to the house

For your moments of relaxation, the accommodation includes a shaded garden separated into 2 parts by a small gate for access to the river, sunbeds are at your disposal.
After each visit, we carry out a more thorough cleaning of the house.

Other remarks
Some outings: the house is located 7kms from all shops, 13kms from an aquatic center, 15 minutes from the castle of Oiron, halfway between the Puy du Fou (1h00) and the Futuroscope (1h00), 1h00 from the Marais Poitevin, 30 minutes from Saumur (castle of the Loire), 30 minutes from Doué La Fontaine Zoo, and 30 minutes from Center Parc. It is ideally located on the GR36 trail (10 minutes from the city center of Thouars where a market takes place every day except Mondays and is located on the "Vélo Francette" circuit with a secure courtyard to put the bikes).
