I booked for two nights, but after the first night, there was no way I was staying another night so I went to check out and cancel second night. They refused to give me a refund for the second night, even though it was before 11am. No water pressure in the shower, cold air draft coming right in through the door to the room, worn out bed, didn't look like the room has been cleaned in months, it was disgusting.'

'The breakfast was nice but it contains a lot of high carbs and sugars. I would like to see items with mor nutritional content/protein, such as Greek yogurt. I'd also like to see more fruit as this site only offered apples. The rooms and the facility could have been cleaner. I ended up wiping down items in our room. The vinyl couch was sticky and after wiping it down with cleaning solution and towels that I received from staff, the rag was black. There was a large stain on the cloth chair. The...
