'It was a very nice hotel '

'I got an incredible rash and itching after the first night and needed to visit urgent care because it was too much to handle. Bed mattress on one side was completely worn. Shower was dripping on an alu plate constantly. '

'Check in time was 3:00 but we waited and went shopping to avoid the crowd and arrived at the hotel after 5:00 pm. We were told, along with several others, that our room was not ready yet. We waited in a crowded lobby until almost 6:30 pm for our room. Our room was clean and we had no complaints after getting into our room. 'The room was very large which was perfect for our family with a lot of luggage. The coffee bar downstairs was great! Our drive to the KC airport was less than five minutes in the morning. '
