All-inclusive hotels in Thracië

'Sad to say the hotel stay was substandard. We booked two nights hoping for a solid 4 star hotel as advertised. We got a room and noticed some mold on the AC. When we asked to leave and get our money back, we were refused. We deiced to stay. Once we looked closer the mold turned out to be much worse than originally thought. 'Όμορφο δωμάτιο και πολυ καλο το ξενοδοχείο. Δυστυχώς δεν χρησιμοποιησαμε την πισινα λογω καιρου. Το προσωπικο στη ρεσεψιον ηταν αψογο αλλα στο εστιατόριο θα περίμενα καλυτερο σέρβις. Σε εμγενικες γραμμες ολα ηταν υπέροχα!'

'Positive: Room good bed and perfectly cleaned every day. Very friendly and helpful staff Negative: Cheap food, untasty chicken nuggets as dinner, cheap pasta without any souce etc. and food not looking attractive. Mostly cheap ready made food and targeted for Eastern European guests. Cups and trash around the pool only cleaned up once a day, so a mess everywhere at the end of the day.'

'Der Service in der Unterkunft war super und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend und gut. Das Hotel liegt an dem wunderschönen Golden Beach und hat eigene Liegen was die Suche am Strand erspart. Auch die Bar am Strand ist sehr praktisch. Rundum hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Einen Stern habe ich abgezogen. Auf Expedia werden die unterschiedlichen Zimmer zur Buchung angezeigt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit rotem Pool und einen runden Bett mit Strandblick...

'First of all, staff was very amazing, friendly and helpful(even with the limited resources given to them) which we're really grateful for!! Which unfortunately we cannot say about the management. We felt like he or she (we never found out) just tried to avoid us with really lame excuses and lies(one example: we've been told that was on a meeting at night and we can meet next morning 10am, half an hour later same night been told that wasn't even at the property).
