We were upgraded to one of the honeymoon cottages and these are of excellent quality.The food is excellent as well, and the hotel is well managed. Munnar is also a very attractive location to visit.'

'Kite Hotel was wonderful. The views from our villa was incredible! The staff couldn't of been nicer! Property was in pristine condition! Only 4 months old!

'Paid for family room-2 bd but was given separate rooms and the receptionist was rude to my cousin when she asked for clarification. Card payment machine was not working and insisted on cash payment on the spot. No deposit was needed. Had to make a stern statement to change our room to the one we booked and the receptionist showed unsettled face. Ambiance was good. Breakfast was poor with limited menu. I(We) wil not return again.
