'De locatie lag schitterend. het hotel is een mooi oud pand dat aan de buitenkant wel achterstallig onderhoud toonde. De kamer was schoon en ruim. De houten vloer kraakte wel heel erg. Vriendelijke ontvangst en bediening. '

'Kamers waren zeer netjes en goed onderhouden, meegegroeid met de tijd maar wel de warme feel behouden. Heerlijke bedden en rustig in de nacht. Eigen parkeerplaats is ook echt een meerwaarde!'

'Perfect'

'Absolute gem of a place to stay. Gorgeous room with everything you need & so peaceful. The food was really good both for dinner & breakfast. We visited Fountains Abbey which was only 2 miles away. And we could do parkrun with plenty of time to get back before checkout & eat breakfast. Would love to return.'

'Friendly staff. Great meal. Good location. Definately stay here again.'

'Had a lovely weekend here. This hotel was perfect. Nice and quiet but lively enough to provide a pleasant ambiance without ever being noisy or overbearing. Staff throughout were lovely and the food is very good. Would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to get away and relax.'

'The Devonshire Arms hotel is a really lovely place to stay. The room had everything we needed including a fridge and ironing board. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Super breakfast though there was no gluten free cereal available.'

'Was nice. Breakfast was good'

'Great'

'We had a great stay at The Mitre. Really friendly, helpful staff. Right next to the station and a short walk to the waterfront and town. Very comfortable room with everything that we needed.'

'TOP!!'

'Great hotel. Lovely room, nice breakfast and evening meal. Good location, right next to the town'

'The room was a reasonable size with a king size bed and a small en suite. However, we found a large stain (possibly blood) on the corner of the mattress topper. We also found one of the windows couldn't be open due to it having parcel tape stuck over window and frame. This looked messy and botched.
