'The room was lovely and clean. I had requested a top floor away from the highway and got put on 3rd floor facing the traffic. I’m a light sleeper so the overhead noise is an issue. The coffee maker in the room was missing a part so I couldn’t make coffee in my room. Over all my stay was enjoyable and I will be returning once again to stay here. '

'A very well kept Victorian house in Sioux Falls SD. Close to alot of attractions and history. We visited the Home and museum of South Dakota's first Senator. It was next door. The Washington High School Building Which is now a pravilion with Science Center , Art Museum, Concert Theater and planetarium.A must see. Lots. Fine dining, artwork shopping.And of course fFalls Park.

Goede bedden, schoon, prima badkamer en fijne douche. Ergerlijk is wel het overdag continue aanwezig zijn van de toeterende treinen, want er zijn veel onbewaakte overgangen, maar daar kan het hotel niet veel aan doen. Ontbijt prima en een compliment voor de (72 jarige) ontbijtzaalmedewerker. Dat doet ze prima! '

'Dirty hotel, staff couldn’t be bothered. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Frontdesk told us that that was the new post COVID policy. We asked for clean towels. When we returned after dinner the towels were in the hallway in front of our door, just thrown on the dirty carpet. Coffeemaker at the entrance did not work for almost a day because it needed cleaning. At a certain point we asked the frontdesk. She replied that she would clean it in 10 minutes. Right. It took until the next day....
