'The hotel seemed a bit outdated and there needs to be more handicapped accessible rooms available. We had to be in a regular room with a wheelchair and it made it quite difficult to move around. They’re also we’re only two handicap parking spaces that I could see when I was told there were four because that’s how many rooms you all had.'

'Booked a room that was supposed to have a refrigerator in it for my elderly father before he could be placed in a nursing home. Found out the day he left (by ambulance) that there wasn’t a fridge in the room after all. I had sent him groceries that included frozen meals (there was a microwave) that he couldn’t keep or eat because of lack of fridge. Also the phone in the room didn’t work so if he needed to make a call he had to go walk down to the front desk (he uses a cane) to do so. ...
