'Our family vacation was the week of the annual pony swim. Despite the fact that the hotel was extremely busy, the 100th anniversary swim, the staff was more than accommodating. They were extremely helpful and kind and polite. They went above and beyond. We even got a phone call about a half hour after check-in to make sure we settled in ok and if we needed anything! It's these little things that go a long way!

'Very quaint property. Cottages were well equipped with bath towels, toiletries, and kitchen items. Enjoyed beach area and picnic area which had two gas grills. Enjoyed watching wildlife and sunsets. Would definitely come back!'

'Chincoteague bezoek je voor het natuurreservaat en de kust. Dichterbij dan in deze Best Western Plus kan je niet logeren. Fietsverhuur is aan de overkant. 's Morgens word je gewekt door de vogels. Het ontbijt is heel uitgebreid voor Amerikaanse begrippen, de koffie is prima. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is een kleine fitness ruimte. '

'staff was kind and accommodating. Location was great - walkable to town, the carnival and Assateague island was close by (driving). Ample parking. Pool was nice but we did not go to the pool.

'De kamers waren in orde. Koelkastje en eigenlijk alles wat hè nodig hebt. Het pand zelf ziet er beetje verwaarloosd uit. De reling van het balkon is hier en daar kapot, niet geheel veilig.
Het ontbijt is naar onze Europese begrippen erg matig.
De ijsblokjes machine deed het wel maar zag er vies uit.
