'Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. '

'The property is updated and clean. It's close to shopping and eateries. The only negative comment I have is that their website needs to update how to enter the apartment. Instead of stating to enter code and push door, tell patrons to enter door and turn knob while the button on the knob is still green. It was, honestly, a bit confusing. Other than that, everything was excellent!'

'Orchard Barn Spa is located in beautiful, idyllic, secluded countryside. The accommodation is outstanding, with everything you need for a perfect stay. We bumped into the host Chris twice who is very attentive, friendly and a really nice guy. We made great use of the spa in the evenings to relax after a days exploring. We would highly recommend a stay here, and I'm sure we will be returning again. Thank you Chris! '

'Alma House looks charming. It is situated in a quiet location just off the main square. There is one parking place, additional parking in paying car parks close by. Check-in was straightforward. Our host contacted us to check that we were happy with the property on arrival. The internal decor was in very good condition. The property feels spacious. 'The cottage was lovely, clean and fresh. There was attention to detail with the welcome hamper, dog treats and bowls and having washing tabs etc all at ease was great. The communication was good with Jane from Mudhuts responding to any of our queries before and throughout our stay.We very much enjoyed the woodlands, literally on the doorstep, and were lucky that for most of our stay the weather was dry so we could be out and about.
