'Excellent séjour (chambre avec vue splendide, qualité de service et sympathie/sérieux du personnel). Dommage d'être submergé par des touristes allemands qui se savent pas s'adreser autrui autrement qu'en allemand et employer le vocabulaire italien de base ! L'hygiène (usage de la serviette) et la sécurité (trop d'utilisateurs en claquette) dans la salle de fitness sont à revoir '

'We have had the most amazing time with our 10-months old baby, mainly because of the very friendly and helpful staff across the hotel (reception, breakfast, restaurant and the manager himself). The rooms are of the right size, with a modern bathroom and the most spectacular view (make sure to book a lake-view room). Tasty coffee at breakfast and a nice spread of food!'

'Mixed feelings. Aan de ene kant een prachtig hotel en vriendelijk personeel. Echter mijn vrouw had de laatste ochtend last van steken/beten. Mogelijk bed bugs/fleas. Op onze melding hieover hebben we nooit meer reactie gekregen.'
