Everything was great until I realized 10 minutes later when dropped off at airport we had left my infant’s blanket in our room. Called hotel right away to notify but cleaning ladies say nothing was in there when I know it was left within our sheets. I did call various times just in case it was found since we were due to return within 14 days. It wasn’t the cost of blanket but the Love, it was handmade for her. We have stayed here numerous times and service is great besides this issue.

Los 2 chicos de recepción turno matutino y la chica de turno vespertino 10/10, súper amable en todo momento. Lo que me desagrado bastante es que un mesero (capitán de mesero, ya que era el único que vestia de chaleco) súper mal encarado y con los huéspedes extranjeros súper servicial, se le preguntaba algo y contestaba de una forma muy mal pero a los extranjeros totalmente diferentes super servicial.
