The Condo was great for my family and I. We enjoyed the pool and the easy access to the beach. We had restaurants and shop across from our stay.

This property has beach access. Close to everything; food , bars etc. Property has everything you need for your stay. If you don’t ‘mind the music all day and night and are looming to party nearby this is the place to stay. Overall very satisfied

Very pleased with our stay at this beautiful Oceana property. The view is stunning. It was so peaceful waking up to the waves of the ocean. It does get really loud at night but that’s just a given with the area it’s located in. It’s super close to all the clubs and bigger night life spots. They have a fridge and all the dishes are available to use. The place is clean and well kept. Bed was cozy and comfy.

I like everything the fact that is walking distance for every restaurant and specially for the beach, the only thing is that the music plays almost all night. But overall it was perfect we had a great time and stay.

Better for an adult group
Overall not a bad place, not ideal for children that nap or need quiet at night. Music from the clubs which are all around the condo blasts all night and was difficult for my little ones to sleep. There is no Air Conditioning in the unit so the windows had to be open for air flow. There is a heater but we didn’t use it. The oven wasn’t clean, and didn’t work well. Had to have it at 500 degrees to cook bacon. If you are looking to have a local condo close to clubs for partying then this is a great stay. Not very suitable for families including children.

In the heart of the nightlife in Rosarito
We chose this location for the nightlife. It is definitely a place to be at if you want to party all night. Do not recommend for young children or the elderly. They won't sleep. The partying really goes on until 6 in the morning.

Convenient Location
Good location in the middle of Rosarito Beach. Close to all bars and clubs within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. This unit in particular was nice had a homey feel to it but they charged me $50 extra to check in early to a unit that wasn’t ready, although Rick rectified the situation right away. The screen door to the patio kept falling off the track, the wifi is slow as can be expected which is no fault of the owner, and the elevators are extremely slow. All in all it was a good experience.

Property was nice. The only downfall was that don't provide trash bags, or extra toilet paper. So bring extra I was stood 3 nights with 1 roll in each restroom. Bring ur own salt & paper they don't provide.. if ur looking for a quite stay this is not the place for you the clubs are next store and music stops at 4am. Overall nice place & location.

Great get away!
This was a great property in a great location. It was spotless and has a great balcony and view of the ocean. The one complaint is the noise from the clubs on the weekend until 3am.

Kind of an older looking building in the inside. Not so modern. Condo only had one roll of toilet paper. So take your own toilet paper. Which you shouldn’t have to but DO! Pool and jacuzzi were nice and warm. Wish we had more towels though.

Great location but a lot of issues
First never received the code to the door so that took 2 hours to get into the room. Make sure to get that before you get there the guards do not have this information. I was provided only with one toilet paper roll for 4 day stay. The TVs do are not smart TVs and all the channels are in Spanish. One of the showers is leaking from the handheld when you turn it on it sprays all over.

WAITED HOURS IN THE RAIN FOR THE Code
It was an extremely stressful stay. I waited in the rain for hours. Called multiple times no answer. I left multiple texts no answer for hours. When he finally replied he asked what was this about. Then when I finally got the code I wasn’t even given a apology or explanation I was to the point I was walking to another hotel to find a place to stay. This was not okay at all and I didn’t get to get it the full stay because it was so late when I got the code. I do not recommend this place at all people stay away horrible management I have never had an experience this bad.

The place was perfect! It had the best view of the ocean off the balcony and living room. It was very clean. All the linens were nice. You can walk to the beach from the condo. Great location even better views
We have stayed at a lot of different locations in Rosarito. This spot was by far the whole family’s favorite including our kids. Very short walk to all the shops or clubs in downtown. Also have beach access. Rick was great at replying fast to any questions I had. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely be coming back to this location again.

The noise is unbearable. Left early, couldn't sleep or even talk inside the condo.
The condo is nice enough. Their are 3 nightclubs that surround the condo. They blast music all day and at night till 4AM. Couldn't sleep all night. The condo itself is ok. There is no pride of ownership with the sheets being old and wrinkled. the tableware cheap and the bare minimum in supplies. We left early and had an amazing time in Ensenada. I tried to contact the owner and received no response. If noise doesn't bother you and a 2 star hotel works, then this is the place for you. It did not work for me.

The condominium is just right. Every thing you need, very clean.We rented it for 3 days 2 nights, then my mother asked me if we can stay for a few more days. So I contacted Rene and he was able to help us right away.
