'I chose the early check in option and it was great! They texted when the room was ready so we were able to walk in, get the key and go rigjt to the room. Kids enjoyed the pool, there were no clean towels at the pool (only sad point, I would have brought some from the room if I knew.) Great options for breakfast! Even better it was all fresh (and the hot items were hot!)'

The woman at the front desk at check in was nice but check out there wasn’t anyone in the lobby to check out with. Called out hello a few times so I don’t know where they were.
