This high-quality two-room apartment is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand and features a bright and welcoming design.

With approximately 62 m² of living space plus a terrace of approximately 21 m², the apartment is furnished to accommodate 2–4 people and is located on the first floor, accessible by elevator.

In the large, open living area, you’ll find two sofa sets—one of which converts into a sleeper sofa—and a cozy dining area. The terrace is furnished with outdoor seating for 4 people, where you can comfortably wind down at the end of your day.
The kitchenette is well-equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

The separate bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a large wardrobe, and an additional TV.
The spacious shower room is equipped with a shower, toilet, heated towel rack, and radio.
All doors are 1.00 m wide.

Starting April 15,-15.10.2026 a beach chair will be available to you right on the beach from the property owner, Bade.

You can load and unload your car right at the house.
The underground parking space is only about 75 m from the apartment.

All apartments are exclusively equipped for 2–4 people, feature large windows that make them bright and inviting, and have balcony terraces. The door width in all apartments is 1 meter. Each apartment includes Wi-Fi access and one underground parking space, located approximately 75 meters from the property. The apartments are accessible from Poststraße via a loading and unloading area.

The pedestrian zone with its exclusive boutiques and cafés, as well as the beach, are just a few minutes’ walk away.
