Welcome to our newly renovated duplex vacation apartment in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand. Located just about 100 meters from the Baltic Sea, it combines modern design with a quiet setting—ideal for couples, families, or friends looking to spend a relaxing vacation by the sea.

The apartment sleeps up to four people and spans two levels. The bright living and dining area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The open, fully equipped kitchen features an induction cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and all necessary cooking and dining utensils.

Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and delights with its cozy attic atmosphere, complete with a distinctive porthole window—especially popular with children, but also a lovely retreat for adults.

The modern bathroom has been completely renovated and features a spacious, nearly walk-in shower, high-quality fixtures, an illuminated mirror, and ample storage space.

The two balconies are a special highlight. Enjoy your morning coffee or wind down your vacation day with a glass of wine in the evening sun. The quiet residential neighborhood ensures a relaxed atmosphere.

For added comfort, you’ll have access to free high-speed Wi-Fi, a private parking space right next to the house, and spacious built-in closets with plenty of storage. A washing machine and dryer are also available for use. Bicycles can be stored safely in the lockable bike storage room.

For families with small children, we’re happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair upon request.

The surrounding area is perfect for walks along the Baltic Sea, bike rides, and day trips to Niendorf, Scharbeutz, or Travemünde.
