'The room was clean and quiet. The property is still in need of repairs. The pool had to be reserved, one room at a time. That seemed odd and inconvenient. The location is excellent and easy to get to. However, it seems like they are gradually trying to fix up the property and we will be back in August.'

'Great place to stay in Vancouver, added bonus that it's close to Portland. Really liked how it was within walking distance to downtown Vancouver, was very convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. The hotel breakfast was good too, lots of options to choose from for breakfast so it made our mornings easier. Staff was very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway to Vancouver.'

'The receptionist was friendly and professional, check in was smooth and easy. Our room was exactly as described, clean, and the bed was comfortable and bedding was good. Breakfast was hot, offering the usual meat, potatoes, eggs, bread and fruit. They also offer a free happy hour with food and a free drink. We have stayed at various Oxford Suites and love them!'

'The front desk guy was very unpleasant! Not only did he not greet me but was very nice to everyone else. I came from Texas to Portland for my college graduation! I didn't have my card n he refuse to take tap! As a traveler I didn't know! I feel a one time accommodation could have been done! I had a hand full of stuff and exhausted from a long day!'

'My reservation was cancelled and we were terrified and didnt have a place to stay. Also there was homeless people sleeping on the ground against the building. Very unhealthy atmosphere.'
