'Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. They were engaging, professional and help us coordinated transportation and activities outside the hotel. Staffs are also very honest. 'It was an amazing place to stay, If i had to rate this place 1 out of 10.. I would rate it a 20.. It was one of my best place to stay in Asia. The owners are the best people and we became friends. They have a stove up stairs where you can cook dinner and I cooked them an Italian dinner. They cooked for me the next night. We drink wine and laughed all night. The room was out of this world, it was right on the water and my gf and I sat on our deck and had candlelight dinner with wine.. The owners...

'We stayed at Maxvir for 3 nghts......what a lovely little place this is. The owner and her brother are Super!!!! We felt like we were at home. The huts are a bit basic but great for a few nights. They provide a Karaoke (on coins) what was very nice, we had a great sing a long with other guests. If you are in Oslob, please book this tiny and intimite resord, you wont regret it.
