Hiking around the beautiful Busculan, home of legendary artist Apo Whang Od. Mountainous and incredibly cultural, no aspect of this trip was less than amazing.
Having taken two buses, and numerous motorbikes, we then had a one hour trek through mountainsides and rice terraces to find the fabled tribal tatoooist; Whang Od. The last mamabatok tattoo artist in the Philippines.
On the way to the tribes of Kalinga last week, these were some of the breathtaking scenes I had l while driving on narrow one lane dirt roads along the high mountains edge. it was absolutely breathtaking. #roadtrip

There was a used bar of soap in the bathroom with hair all over it. Rubbish from previous packaging in the bathroom. Shower and toilet didn’t work at 4am. Charged 50 peso to use the microwave. Staff were friendly.

Place was nice but the address on expedia is not the exact address of the property is different. We had a hard time looking for the place, had to call the host multiple times. No wifi.
