Thank you Jennifer for taking the time to leave your review. Immediately upon you informing us about the insect found in your room we contacted our pest control vendor. He did in fact inspect the room and the surrounding rooms to ensure that no evidence of a roach was discovered. The insect you are referring to is a stink bug and unfortunately, they do sometimes find there way into the building. We do treat the exterior and interior to detour as many of the "spring" insects as possible. I do apologize and realize that this situation would be very stressful - especially seeing the other guest review. The previous review was false. We do take our guests satisfaction very seriously and always do our best to exceed our guests expectations.
