Exceptional luxurious appartment with fabulous views
This is a really beautiful apartment in a fabulous location and the views are amazing. There were so many unexpected extras that I really appreciated - the bottle of wine, freshly made scones with clotted cream and jam, and even a bowl of fresh fruit. Nick and Liz were very welcoming and ensured that the apartment was warm when I arrived. Wonderful walks along the coastal path which is only across a couple of fields, and I also enjoyed the walk to the nearby woodland glen and waterfall. I will definitely be back!

A coastal haven
On arrival I was so impressed with the space and facilities provided. Cream tea and a bottle of wine both very welcome after a long drive. The facilities are excellent and beautifully presented. Fully equipped kitchen, shower room, a 4 poster bedroom with sea view, large lounge, also with sea view, and sun room, all self contained with ample parking and easy access. The view of the coastline is just great. I could sit and watch the waves and listen to the distant surf for ages. Venturing out was amazing, with cliff walks to Tintagel and Boscastle a great day out, and a walk up St Nectan’s Glen a lovely gentle experience. Rocky Valley itself is charming and isolated with some amazing views from the mouth of the cove. I didn’t feel the need to get the car out all week, especially as the coastal bus stops right at the gate. Much has changed (mostly me!) in the 40 years since my last visit to Rocky Valley, but the essential charm of the coast, nature and hills is still beautiful, remote, but accessible. Your genial and helpful hosts live on site.

An absolute gem in North Cornwall
We had a fantastic time and give a massive thanks to Nick and Liz. It was unexpected to have a selection of treats on arrival. The scones with the cream tea were delicious and a lovely bottle of wine to relax and watch the scenery. We had the strawberries and fruit for breakfast. Everything was spotless and there was an extensive range of kitchen utensils which was greatly appreciated as we like to cook on holiday. Looking at the photos of the interior they do not convey the generous amount of space in all the rooms, and the bed was the most comfortable, away from home (we use a foam based mattress at home), that we have slept in. Wi-fi was strong so we could plan our day trips easily. Our stay coincided with the June 2023 heatwave and a good part of our days were spent in the conservatory reading, crafting and watching the wildlife, as well as the variety of camper and caravan entering the site road opposite (never noisy or intrusive). From early evening, it was very quiet with just the twittering of the birds and the swallows chasing the evening insects. Nick and Liz were only next door should we have needed anything, but everything was just perfect for a relaxing holiday. Looking to return next year hopefully

Die Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung und ist bestens mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünscht. Unschlagbar ist der wunderschöne Blick über Wiesen und Weiden auf das Meer. Den Wasserfall St. Nectans Glen mit seinem verwunschen erscheinenden Bachlauf sowie das ebenso zauberhafte Rocky Valley kann man sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden (gutes Schuhwerk und Trittsicherheit sind von Vorteil). Die unmittelbare Nähe zum berühmten South West Coast Path, nach Boscastle und Tintagel und zu mehreren besonderen Stränden machen diese Unterkunft zu einem perfekten Ausgangspunkt für viele unvergessliche Erlebnistouren. Nick und Liz sind sehr liebenswerte Gastgeber. Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes immer für uns erreichbar. Wir können dieses Domizil wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent property, meticulously clean, attention to detail. Well equipped home. Took items with us which were redundant. Everything you could think of was there. Nick and Liz Excellent hosts attentive without being intrusive. Location brilliant, great location for St Nectan Glen and waterfall, Boscastle, Tintagel, Pencarrow House, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Helligan to name but a few. Sunsets are stunning. Cream tea on arrival yum. Would we go back....hell yes. Cannot recommend Little Quoit enough.

Little Quoit I was just perfect in every way, the views were outstanding, absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. There isn’t a thing in the house that Liz & Nic have forgotten, brilliant hosts, with lovely welcome wine and cream teas strawberry’s, milk. If you needed anything or wanted to know about the area they were so helpful.. We had some lovely walks and loved Tintangel and the Heritage castle is a must. Boscastle had some amazing walks and cafes and shops, just before you get into Boscastle there is a farm shop/ cafe serves outstanding food and drink., with amazing views. Port Isaac is another place to go and Padstow Harbour , we found some lovely walks and coves all within a few miles of the Little Quoit. Overall we had an amazing holiday and thanks to Liz and Nic for being outstanding hosts..100% recommended and hopefully we will be back..

A Dream came true
Wir hatten uns eine gemütliche, ästhetisch schöne, gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit Lage und Ausblick direkt zum Meer gewünscht …und genau das haben wir bekommen! One of the best places to stay in Cornwall
Besides amazing views that this property has to offer, Nick and Liz have made sure that it has everything that anyone stating may require. You name it and it’s there- from dishwasher to washing machines, TV in bedroom and the lounge, an electric recliner and much more for the comfort. Worth spending a complete evening to see the beautiful sunset from the back of the property. Highly recommended from all perspectives.

Fantastic place for a relaxing stay.
I have stayed in several holiday homes in the West Country, and I must confess to being quite picky! However, Little Quoit is definitely up there with the best of them. A beautiful apartment, well-furnished, spacious and attractive. Liz and Nick have thought of everything in terms of amenities and comfort. The views are outstanding - a great place to wind down and take it easy, but also within easy reach of all that Cornwall has to offer.

Perfect Escape
With a "millionaires view" from the conservatory and the Bedroom, this little cottage is the perfect place for a chill-out. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, but never imposing. The accommodation is fitted out with everything you could need ! simply perfect

Incredible sea view and sunsets
Well located for access to the SW coastal path. Close to bus stop with reliable 2-hourly service. Spacious for 2 guests with good facilities and ample storage. Amazing sea views from both the bedroom (to wake up to) and conservatory.
