I grew up visiting Tioga, My main issue was the neglect of the hotel, particularly the main doors and the lack of wiping down the tables of the dining area.

The stay was ok. One of the rooms had a really bad odor to it but we were so tired we didn’t try to change rooms. Other than that the stay was good.

Stay during covid
It was clean. Everything is posted how everyone is to wear masks. None of the employees were wearing masks. The person attending breakfast did not have gloves or mask. The guy mopping the floor in the evening didn't, the one mopping in the morning didn't. The only emplyee wearing one was the clerk checking us out. No hand sanitizer available at breakfast. Bathroom door wouldn't close unless you slammed it. Everyone was very pleasant.

Best Place in Tioga
This place is clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is one of the better hotel breakfasts around.

We were very happy with the room size, set up, television channel selection, comfort, cleanliness, breakfast. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Great for the area.
Nothing special but the staff are terrific. Breakfast was pretty good considering it’s a no frills hotel. Bed not the most comfortable.

Good choice in Tioga
Stayed for a couple of nights for a business trip to Tioga. The employees were friendly and the room was spacious and clean. It included a walk-in shower and kitchen with a full-sized fridge, two burner stove, dishwasher, and sink. The tv was also a good size with a lot of channels via direct TV. The beds were a bit hard for my personal taste but that’s my only complaint.

Restaurant was not open night if our stay. Apparently some restaurant staff walked out due to some issues. So we went to the grocery store to get dinner.

I loved that they have laundry facilities, gym, restaurant/bar, mini kitchen set up. Free breakfast every morning is a plus! The staff is really friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. Two nights though there was no hot water in my room.

Staff was very friendly and nice, rooms were very clean and had nice lighting. The only issue I had was a key to my room being given to a random person in error, however the hotel staff was very kind and friendly about the situation

Since we were there at a sad time, it was a pleasant surprise to see such a nice, friendly place in a small town. Pleasantly surprised...breakfast was ok...nothing over the top,but clean area....

Hotel is new. Rooms very nice and clean. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. A very enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend this place if you are in Tioga ND.

I would definitely recommend Main Stay Suites
I reserved 2 rooms for my husband and his hired man when they were out of town on business. They were very satisfied with everything about this motel. They are out of town frequently and enjoy a nice, clean and quit place to stay after a long days work.

Pleasant Stay
It is very hard to keep a hotel spotless in the bustle of the oilfields with all the traffic and work than stomp in, but I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the ground and facility overall. The room was very nice and comfortable. Kudos especially for a very nice bed and shower, the essentials a far as I'm concerned.
