'The staff were very helpful, the facilities were lovely and clean. My window didn't have a view out of, it was frosted over, but let in natural light which was fine by me. The AC was very powerful, actually had it turn it off sometimes because the room got too cold! Food was very good, both at breakfast and dinner.
The only thing to note as a UK tourist is where I don't speak Hindi/Kannada, it is not easy to get dropped back to if you can't get an Uber, as taxi drivers don't know where it is,...

The only thing I felt could do with a makeover was the Gym. I used it every day and the treadmills could do with a service and the weights area with an update and cleaned more often. But it is adequate for my stay.'
