'Booked 2 queen room through Expedia. We intentionally don’t book sofa bed because they are uncomfortable. We were given king and sofa bed. Called front desk and was told they were sold out. Then what is even the purpose of a reservation? Why does it matter if it was through a third party or not? It’s a reservation. Lobby has a very chemical smell. Shower was dirty. 'The location is fantastic! Close to great eats and shopping. The room itself was ok, it was renovated but still a bit rundown and there was hair in the bathroom and room floors. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked great but was incredibly noisy so I couldn’t use it at night. The hotel is located on a busy street, thank god for ear plugs. I really liked how well lit it was outside. Overall an average stay.'

'Every sheet, pillow or blanket had a stain or rip. Found a cockroach on first night. Bathroom was leaking so they switched rooms. Right next to the room with the leak. So I can hear the water dropping all night'
