'Wonderful location in Copacabana! What a beautiful hotel. Rooms are huge with firewood for the fireplace all ready and a kitchen area fully stocked including coffee etc for early risers. We had such a great view and the room and beds were so comfortable. The staff were so kind and organised. We had a lovely dinner in the Cupula Restaurant. Breakfast was delicious! They helped print off docs we needed for the bus. Wonderful place highly recommend! '

'Onverwacht een hele goede zet. Prachtig hotel, lekker ontbijt goede accommodatie en bovenal een fantastisch uitzicht van het meer. Uitzicht lijkt wel net een schilderijtje. Indien nodig kan je aan het zuurstof en mate de coca in overvloed. De bedden waren eveneens een pluspunt. Heerlijke bedden!'

'The property is beautiful, and the family here is so sweet and welcoming. They have an option to have lunch and dinner made for you, which I highly recommend as you are not on the mainland. The food was delicious and healthy. The view of the stars at night was breathtaking. The option to dress in traditional cloths and have a reed boat ride on the lake at sunset was unforgettable. This was my favorite part of our Peru trip, and I wish we had the opportunity to stay even longer. '

'The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main square. The family owners of this property are so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is made to order not the typical stale buffet. We were stuck in the city all day and they allowed us to sit in the lobby and wait. We shared a pizza with the owner and wonderful conversation. The amazing staff more than makes up for the lack of amenities. '

'Our stay at the Sonesta Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. They may need to be reminded of any ask twice, but they are really good people. The location is breathtaking. Waking up to panoramic views of Lake Titicaca from our room was an experience I’ll never forget. The room itself was spotless, beautifully appointed, and cozy. And there were alpacas and guinea pigs at the courtyard. We also enjoyed dinner...

'Just an average accommodation '

'The location of this small hotel was perfect, directly at the shore of the lake, with rooms with lake view (we could choose our own room!). The owners were very hospitable. They picked us up at the bus station themselves (while our bus was an hour late!). One of them spoke fairly good English and he explained us a lot about the surroundings. The hotel was situated about 12k outside of Puno, it was a very quiet place. The owners were always willing to take us to the center of Puno (15 min drive)...

'The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants. The breakfast was good quality. I had hot water both days when I showered. There is no heat which is typical of hotels in Peru. The hotel did provide a really thick extra blanket.'

'Staff were very helpful when tour operator issues occurred. At the end of the day they went above and beyond to help us receive an evening meal due to late return I the hotel after the restaurant had closed.'
