Typical mid century Florida Block home built in 1956 during the Kennedy Space Center's original construction. Lush yard and surroundings. Corner lot providing relative privacy. Comfortable but not fancy. I offer Affordable family accommodations and am working on updating as I can.
**Please note : I and my 2 sweet and quiet dogs Peanut and Brownie live in an attached "In-Law" apartment next door. There is a door but you have a 1/4" Dead bolt lock on your side and it's locked on my side as well.
It is only used between guests for Housekeeping Services. Separate entrances ensure your privacy. I had a 4.8 out of 5 star rating on a comparable site. I communicate via text, ensuring your safety, and can happily recommend restaurants, viewing sites, etc, if requested.

I was not super impressed by our stay here. When we arrived the smell of bleach was so strong we had to keep the door open and open the windows to air it out. The sheets and towels had black dog hairs on them. Worst feeling is wiping your clean body with a towel that leaves dog hairs on you. The floors were sticky and moist the whole time we were there. I'm not sure why? There was one washcloth that was bleach stained and one tiny bottle of shampoo. I've stayed at quite a few rentals and this one was the worst. Truly disappointed in our stay.

The property is as advertised. It isn’t a 5 star resort but you won’t be paying 5 star prices either. Tom is an excellent host and is very responsive to communications. We were very satisfied with our stay. There are numerous restaurants and stores within a 10 minute drive and it is very quiet. Beds were very comfortable and we could stream our favorite shows by signing in to our accounts with all the apps that are downloaded already. The kids had a blast and when the baby got cranky, mom slept with him in the living room on one of the sofas. Overall it was a great stay and I would certainly recommend it and consider staying again if traveling in the area

The house was as advertised, and it was perfect for our needs. It was clean and provided all we needed to make our stay comfortable. We especially enjoyed the beautiful artwork on the walls! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to shopping. During our stay we didn’t need to contact the host, but upon making our reservation Thomas sent us a detailed message about the house, checking in, and where to park, etc.

The house was clean a little dated but a great place to stay and accommodated all six of us nicely since we were going on a cruise the next day and just needed a place to sleep it was fine we didn't really use any of the kitchen or other supplies that were available it would be nice if the owner could provide at a minimum some coffee and sugar for other guests.

This rental is the perfect place for us to stay the night before a cruise. It is in a quiet area and is very peaceful. Paintings by the artist who is the host are on almost every wall so it feels like staying in an art gallery!The bed is the most comfortable one I have ever slept in, and it really does feel like home.
