The home is very well appointed, with lots of amenities (including beach chairs and beach cart!) The pool area provides a great place to relax and enjoy. 'This is a great property. Clean, extremely well appointed, and charming in an easy, modern style. Water views and access are the main feature. Location is prime for the quieter side of the river, but easy access to the Newport side via the bridge right near the property (which is a nicely lit sight at night). Property is down a flight of wooden steps, so not a great option for older or accessibility challenged guests. Good for quieter, contemplative children, but zoomy kids will need more...
