'When checking out they accused us of replacing the hairdresser but we didn't have our own hairdresser. After a long argument and the taxi waiting for us to go to the airport they let us go. Really bad experience.'

'Tolip El Galaa Cairo Hotel is a very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor in de rooms are very dirty and the staff is not pleasant. The rooms are outdated. It is a hotel for Egyptians. I think we were the only foreigners in this Hotel. The breakfast is very bad. It is not a 5 star hotel. Most 5 star hotels in Cairo are excellent. Luckely we had to stay just for 1 night.'
