Equipped with everything a guest needs to feel like home: clean linen, comfortable beds, toiletries, hairdryers in each bathroom ensuring convenience for every guest; fully equipped kitchen so you can cook up delicious meals; dinnerware for 10, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, coffee makers (Keurig and drip-12 cup), toaster, blender, and kettle. The kitchen island and dining table offer ample space for shared meals.

Guests will receive a unique key code to access the home via smart lock. This code changes with every guest we welcome.

You will have access to the entire home (except shed, crawl space, utility and housekeeping closet) and outdoor areas during your stay.

Other things to note
Minimum age requirement to book is 21 years old or older. Valid Photo ID verification is required.

Upon arrival, guests must check-in at the Welcome Center. Please bring your license and car registration. It is required to obtain parking pass and entry access to community.

Please note that weekend check-ins may sometimes take a bit longer than usual due to higher peak periods and factors beyond our control. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Also, note this is a private gated community; and it requires that an electronic short term rental lease be executed by primary guest. All guests must be noted. Forms MUST be returned to owner THREE (3) days prior to arrival to be submitted timely and granted access. Thereafter, a $75 late fee will apply to your reservation.

Primary guest will also be required to sign a Hot Tub Liability Release form prior to arrival.

No unregistered/outside visitors or overnight guests without prior approval: only the guests (Max: 10; total includes children) registered in the booking are allowed on the premises.

A violation will result in the immediate removal of all guests from the property without a refund. Should there be a disturbance involving unregistered guests, a $25 fine will be charged per guest.

No parties are allowed or disruptive behaviors.

You are welcome to enjoy the outdoor grill during your stay but it MUST be cleaned after each use. (Additional $25 cleaning fee applies if NOT cleaned.) Please turn propane tank OFF when not in use.
