Main Level:
Spacious living room with wood burning stove, dining room, stocked kitchen with pans, dinnerware and utensils.
Back door from dining room leads out to a small deck and sunroom.
Hallway leads to a full bathroom and a guest room with a king sized bed, closet access and a tv.

2nd Level:
Guest room with a queen sized bed, arched reading nook, closet access, a desk workspace and a tv. Full sized air mattress in closet if needed.
Third guest bedroom has a full sized bed, closet access and dresser.
These 2 rooms on the 2nd floor share a large bathroom.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of certain locked closets, attic and garage.

Important: Community Amenities are all included in booking unless noted otherwise below– *Dependent on Season*
• Pool and Lake access: Open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, summer months only.
• Kayaks/Paddle board/Boating/Tennis/Pickleball Courts/Basketball: open all summer
• Golf course is open during the summer season and will incur a fee.
• Gym is open year-round and will incur a fee.

Other things to note:
We provide towels and shampoo/conditioner dispensers in each bathroom, along with hand soap and first aid kits.
Should you need to do laundry during your stay we also offer access to a washer/dryer and detergent. Lint trap must be cleaned out of the dryer for every load.

Early check-in and late checkout can be accommodated based on availability. Please request in advance.

Policies:
Quiet hours: starting at 10 PM
No smoking inside the home
No large parties

At the end of your stay, trash must be taken out of the house and put into the trash bin on the side of the garage. There is wildlife around- including deer and bear sightings, so please make sure not to leave food/trash outside of the bin.
