'The house was so well set up for our large family of 20. Everything was clean and there were plenty of supplies. The double oven was a huge help. We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working, but to his credit, the host did get a guy out twice to try to fix it, and he gave us a portion of our fees back as a refund.
