Hours north of the everyday, on two private acres where the only sounds are wind in the pines with Lake Superior views.
Step onto one of three decks at sunset, the fire pit already crackling, the whole group spread out and nobody checking the time.
Inside waits a heated game room that swallows rainy afternoons, a cedar sauna for after the trail, and three en-suite bedrooms so mornings never have a line.
ABOUT THIS SPACE
You're tucked on a private, wooded two-acre lot with Lake Superior views out front and the Superior National Forest right behind, thousands of acres of trees as your nearest neighbor.
The 800 sq ft game room is the heart of the home for groups: an 85" smart TV with Sonos surround sound, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard and darts, plus a popcorn bar, puzzles and board games, its own kitchenette and a second fridge. It turns a snowed-in afternoon into the best part of the trip.
The living room is the quiet counterpart — walls of windows, a gas fireplace, deep couches and cozy blankets. The dining area seats ten, steps from a fully stocked kitchen with a gas range, two refrigerators, espresso and drip coffee, a blender and dishes for 12+.
Sleeping is built for twelve without anyone drawing the short straw. The primary suite (2nd level) has a king, a queen, and a queen sofa bed with a fireplace, a 75" TV, and lake and forest views. A main-level queen suite and a second upstairs queen suite each have a 50" TV.
All three bedrooms have private en-suites — heated bidet seats, rainfall showers — so a full house never waits for a bathroom.
Outside: a private cedar sauna (Harvia stove, seats 8–12), outdoor dining for twelve, a large Weber gas grill, a fire pit ringed with 8 Adirondack chairs and 6 loungers, three hammocks, and firewood provided. After dark the sky goes truly black and the stargazing is unreal.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire home is yours — all three levels, the game room, the sauna, and the full front-yard setup — except two small locked supply closets. Self check-in via smart lock; we respond fast but no one lives on-site, so the home is private to your group.
PARKING
Free driveway parking for 4 vehicles, no permits or fees. The home sits on a low-traffic private road; in winter a front- or all-wheel-drive vehicle is advised.
HOUSE RULES
12 guests maximum, renters must be 21+, no parties or events, no smoking indoors, and no pets. Check-in after 4 PM, checkout by 10 AM. A few honest notes about the deep woods: mosquitoes appear at dusk in summer and you may spot a harmless garter snake — it's the trade-off for thousands of acres of forest at your back. All fees are included in the price — no hidden fees.
