'I feel lucky to have found this place on VRBO for the End of the World Rod Run weekend. The home is quaint, comfortable, and very well maintained, with ocean views and a private path to the beach. It offers everything you could want for a relaxing stay — a private hot tub, BBQ, and fire pit.Although attached to a larger home, it sits down a private driveway and feels peaceful and secluded. The owners were incredibly kind and easygoing — which was a blessing since we had an unexpected car issue...

'We had 10 family members (adults) and 2 dogs, the house provided plenty of space for all. Everyone agreed it was a perfect place. We beach walked the beach, boogie boarded, went into Westport for lunches, and watched the ocean activity which included an amazing sunset.We hope to have another family gathering there. Thank you for sharing this home with us.'

'Cute as the pictures! Comfy beds, stocked kitchen for meal prep, very clean throughout, washer and dryer is a nice bonus, pet-friendly with a grassy area, games to play, and convenient location! The host is awesome with communicating! We will return!'

'We stay here every year and love the property and the owners. It’s clean, has everything we need for a 4 day stay - kitchen, board games, washer dryer, comfy beds! A short 10 minute drive to the main beach access and main strip with all the activities. We will be back next year!'

'Annual family ocean vacation was amazing! This home had everything we needed and was exactly as described. Communication was easy and the host was quick to respond. Home was clean and comfortable. The only complaints we could possibly come up with are : The beds are a little low for older folks, and the dining room table would be better if it seated 8 - BUT that's only if we were being real picky, which we aren't. We thought everything was great and will come back!'

'The house was wonderful for our group of 11. The hot tub could have been a bit hotter, other than that we had everything we needed and Avril was prompt to respond to any questions we had. 10 out of 10, we would definitely stay again. '

'My husband and our little dog had an amazing long weekend at this lovely home! Everything is so clean, and we are both clean freaks, so that is really saying something. Unfortunately our grown son's couldn’t make it, so it was just us in this huge house, but we had an absolutely wonderful stay. We played lots of pool and cribbage, and took lots of longs walks on the beach with our little dog. Kim is a wonderful host and they really have thought of everything in the house. We loved it! '

'Everything was fantastic, except I want to mention that there are beach burrs/ stickers along the path to the beachAnd at the edge of the grassy dunes and beach which Our dog stepped in and he could not really walk or go to the beach for the rest of the vacation. Keep your dog on the path! Epic house. Kids loved the little movie theater.Comfortable beds, great views— loved it.'

'I loved how my dogs could roam the yard due do it being fenced! It felt homey and comfortable. It had everything we needed and owner answered my questions very quickly. Only thing I wished for is a four person sized table and chairs so we could have had the room to play cards or board games, and a little more room to eat. We’ll bring our folding card table and chairs along next visit. We’ll be back for sure!'

'We have nothing bad to say about our stay here. They thought of everything...not a detail was left out. It was the most comfortable, cozy place to stay. There was enough room for all of us and the kids loved the ping pong. Communication was perfect and pricing was too. We have another getaway booked at this retreat in summer because we loved it so much. If you want the most relaxing stay....stay here!!!'
