Disappointing hotel
We booked this hotel, especially because it had a swimming. We arrived on 22/9 to find the outdoor pool had been closed for the season on the 18th. There was no mention at anytime during the booking procedure that the pool would be closed. The receptionist told us summer is over, so it is too cold for the pool to be open. It was still 28C!!!! As a result of this disappointing start we started to notice the overall poor condition of the hotel. Our room was in need of refurbishment. The curtains were coming off the railings, the bathroom was dated and had cracks in the tiles and ceiling. Our drinking glasses were not cleaned once during our 4 day stay. I would not stay here again.

Lage ansprechend. Gartenanlage gepflegt. Pool war schon geschlossen. Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich. Nicht 4 Sterne würdig. Service ließ zu wünschen übrig. Das Hotel hat zu wenig Service Personal. Unser Zimmer war groß,dunkel unter dem Dach und spartanisch eingerichted. Das war ein Zimmer für Gäste mit Hundebegleitung.Es fehlten Gläser und Flaschenöffner für die Minibar, im Bad fehlte die Kleenex Box. Das Dinner im Terrassenrestaurant war gut.Das Frühstücksbuffett war inklomplett, Yoghurt und heisses Teewasser mußte bestellt werden.

Service was weak. Rachel staff member told us different times/schedule of terraza’ hours. One staff member told us it would open @ 7, while the other told @ 7:15 that it would open much later. When confronted about the Information given to us before, then he looking bothered said: give me a few minutes & we will open. Waited 45 minutes, & no one ever would ask “how can we help you”. I found the staff not friendly enough. @ one time we greeted by saying hello, they didn’t even bother to acknowledge us. Cigarral del Alba is far superior

Nice, stunning views. Could improve poolarea & bar
The stay started badly as we were told at booking that we could have two connecting rooms. whilst this was not possible. Apparently, the hotel had problems with the person that dealt with the booking which was no longer working for them. However, the hotel manager did the best to resolve the situation and gave us a suite and he arranged for two single beds to be put in there and the settee to be removed instead. He charged us for one room at the same price + a daily charge for only one child. I think this was more than fair. The hotel is beautiful. the views are stunning. It is a pity that the outdoor pool and bar are not organized better. The bar outside opens only in the evening, and therefore there is no pool bar. If bar was open, this pool and bar would be much more used in the afternoons.Sun beds at the pool are only a few. I think the hotel could and should improve these things. The restaurant's food was good and the restaurant has a terrace with views over the whole of Toledo.

Salimos ayer viernes por la mañana del hotel y al llegar a nuestro destino comprobamos después de revisar concienzudamente, que no teníamos el ebook que habíamos usado en la habitación. Llamamos al hotel para avisar y que por favor buscaran en la habitación. Nos dijeron que no lo encontraron. A nosotros no nos cabe duda de que se quedó allí.

O hotel é bem distante do centro da cidade, mas a vista é linda!!! O quarto era bem simples com cama convencional e travesseiros ruins e a internet apesar de reclamarmos não estava funcionando. O restaurante foi o ponto mais alto!!!

Resort-like ambiance with an excellent restaurant and friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are a bit outdated and need an update and maintainance. Located close to the city center if you have a car available. Too far to walk.

Instalaciones y servicios obsoletos. Habitación vieja, descuidada y con deterioros, haría falta una buena reforma. Desayuno buffet escaso y de baja calidad. No lo recomendaría, precio a años luz de la realidad.

Travel Tips
The hotel and surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. The reception was a little cold, the front desk clerk was mildly unpleasant but ultimately helped us settle in. The view are stunning beyond compare. We were highly impressed. Didn't eat on site but found a few tips for those thinking of staying here (far warning, there are no stores nearby).... Because the location is somewhat secluded, you'll have to utilize a taxi if you have no car. The fare's vary (the taxi drivers often change rates depending on time of day, day of week, or holiday) and the taxi drivers do take advantage of tourism (some start the meter at time of dispatch to the hotel, rather then when they pick you up). Overall, it was a positive experience. The vineyard located directly adjacent to the hotel property is by reservation only ... Thee is a playground on site which was an added touch for family's... The town of Toledo is incredible!

Hotel agradable, con transporte al aeropuerto
Hotel muy limpio, con muy buena atención. Ideal para aquellos que están de pasada y que tienen que ir al aeropuerto. La comida del bar-restaurante de muy buena calidad. Tiene estacionamiento si es que llevas tu propio coche.

Excepto por el aspecto un poco antiguo de las habitaciones y el baño, el hotel está muy bien. Limpio, habitación y baño muy amplios. La localización es excelente y un entorno muy tranquilo. Con unas pequeñas mejoras, sería una de las mejores opciones para visitar Toledo a un precio contenido.

호텔이 시내와 떨어져 있고, 주변 환경이 매우 좋아 만족스럽습니다. 다만 떨어져 있다는 것이 반드시 자차가 있어야 한다는 것을 의미하기도 하는거죠. 호텔에서 바라본 톨레도 시내도 전경이 좋습니다.

Nice hillside hotel near Toledo
Very nicely situated and spacious hillside property. Convenient huge on-site parking, nice lobby, spacious rooms. Rooms definitely need some renovation - even though it's clean, you can practically smell the place is old and hasn't been refreshed. However, considering the location and room prices, I don't regret my choice and would definitely return there some day.

Me encanto, hospitalidad calurosa, habitacion amplia y muy limpia, con excelente vista hacia Toledo, con estacionamiento y lo mejor es que aceptan perritos; Lo unico que no nos impresiono fue el desayuno, el cual parecia industrial y la verdad nosotros esperabamos un desayuno preparado en cocina!

Hotel con muy bu más vistas y cerca de Toledo
Hotel a 10 min del centro de Toledo, con unas vistas espectaculares. Habitaciones súper amplias y confortables. Lo único que eche en falta fue que el baño no estuviera calefactado, por lo demás quedamos encantados mi novia y yo. Repetiriamos sin dudarlo
