When you walk in the house, you will immediately feel the impressive the vaulted ceiling, welcoming living room, kitchen, with views of the lagoon as soon as you walk in. The living room is huge with a beautiful gas fireplace, and boasts the wet bar with wine fridge and ice maker, with plenty of wine racks, and long dining room overlooking the lagoon. Enjoy the open floor plan and cooking in the fully stocked, gourmet kitchen with brand new fridge.

The living space is open and airy, with large windows flooding the space with natural light, and just asking you to open the doors to the beautiful lagoon! Open the sliding glass doors to the tremendous deck with gourmet natural gas grill, enjoying the shade of the awning as you sip your lemonade on a summer day. There are also 2 bedrooms downstairs, right next to a full bath. One of them is the Bear bunk bed room that sleeps 5, as well as a great European queen bedroom overlooking the water.

The master bedroom is upstairs, huge, overlooking the lagoon, and offering a walk-in closet and sit-down vanity, leading to the master bath with skylight, jetted whirlpool, shower, and separate-room toilet. Right outside the bedrooms upstairs is a washer and dryer in their own nook. There are two more bedrooms upstairs, the Ocean Room, and the Blue Sky room, with their own large full bath, together with the second, sunny living room with pull-out couch, and spiral staircase to the loft, where you can enjoy views of the bay all the way to the Seaside ferris wheel! The loft is the fitness room with gym-grade elliptical and treadmill, smaller fitness equipment, as well as TV and water cooler.

It's a short 7 minute drive to the historic Seaside boardwalk and beach, with quieter beach access in Ortley or Island Beach State Park, with endless entertainment options and frequent outdoor concerts along the shore.
