'Fantastic stay. very nice beach.....swim, snorkel right from hotel. The good: Location - I would rather stay at Vakaloa (30+ minutes from Nuku'alofa than the other way around. Beachfront - Sloped beach.... and coral, but sandy (crushed coral).... can walk barefoot Kayak - They were free to borrow Snorkeling - Free snorkel gear. 'Do not expect luxury here. The accomodation is very basic, but reasonably clean. It has a good fridge, and a working shower. The WiFi is horrible: the signal in the room is weak/absent, and even when standing on top of the router it is most of the time impossible to do something simple like apping a picture. Breakfast was nice (especially the pancakes!). During my stay the room was not serviced, apparently the staff thought I did not want that. The owner did apologize for that (on my last day)...
