'Wonderful hotel'

'I was upgraded from a studio to an apartment suite with a big balcony. The accomodation is comfortable and safe (which is important to me, as a female solo traveler). The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I forgot a few items when I left and they have been of great service to help me get them picked up by a courier. The only minus point to me was the location. The neighbourhood felt safe and people were nice. However it seems like the municipality doesn’t maintain its sidewalks properly.'

'It’s okay '

'Every aspect of our stay was amazing. Two of the hosts - Michele and Ivan met us at the front door, and insisted on carrying our bags upstairs. They then sat us down for coffee and canolo, before explaining what sights we should see in Palermo. The room was immaculate, and even though we were unable to partake because of our schedules, the breakfast options looked amazing. On our first morning, Janna had some pastries for us to take with us (every other morning, we were out the door way too...

'Great location!'

'Excellent location, clean modern apartments. Could use a bit better ventilation but overall a good experience'

'Veronica, the hostess, was amazing!! She helped us with car parking and itinerary for Palermo and the rest of Sicily! Great restaurant across the street.'
