"It was freezing outside but the cottage was cosy and comfortable. We were able to walk out and admire the views, listen to the frogs and birdsong and think about how hard life must have been there when the place was first settled. Excellent country getaway
"Maggie and Ron were excellent hosts and went out of their way to accommodate us. The property is beautiful and the accommodation was exceptionally clean, well appointed and comfortable. The breakfasts were a real treat. Highly recommend."

"A lovely property in a very quiet location. We stayed here last year too and since then, plantation shutters have been added to all rooms. The master suite is huge and has a lovely bathroom. The room with the fireplace is very cosy and we used it a lot as it was very cold and raining during our stay. ..."
