'I was picked up at the airport by the Manager, Dennis, and driven ito the Lodge. This is a 20 minute scenic drive,with a comantery all the way. On arrival at the Lodge I was give my room key . Dennis offered to hire me a lodge bus so that I could pick up my freight from the barge depot at the wharf.The meals were great and I would like to thank Dennis and his team for a great stay.'

'While this is close to town it felt v safe and was quiet in the ‘back rooms’. It was roomy, had v good wifi, coffee, service from very pleasant staff. Clearly this place has gone to big effort to upgrade itself and its appearance. All kitchen appliances as needed were there and in good condition. We are staying there again in 2 weeks.'

'we loved the Penthouse which had spectacular views. Staff were also wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly.The location was central and within walking distance to most things in the CBD. The pool setting did not really impress us, however, everything else was perfect so we would definitely recommend the Argus to others and we would love to stay at the Argus again. '
