Spectacular location. This resort is priced at the level of an Aman or Mandarin Oriental-type property and it is very far away from that. Very disappointing for the price we paid. '

'There is no such building called the Picton waterfront apartments. The building is actually called the Oxley rock Apartments. There is nice signage or any indication anywhere that we are at the Picton waterfront apartments. This created total confusion and frustration whilst we walk outside in heavy rain with our luggage paper in hand trying to figure it out. Very poor experience. Phone calls and email went unanswered. Apparently, we were supposed to be sent an email explaining how to check...
