Sadly my Dad and I arrived late at night so didn’t get to really experience the property much but I could imagine it being a wonderful escape for a big family or group of friends to enjoy. Walking distance to shops, cafes and the local pub/restaurant as well as the Farewell Spit tour company (which is why we were late arriving). 'Everyone fell in love with the home, kids didn't want to leave, wish we could stay here every night! Washer/dryer is kind of small, dryer worked much better once the filter was cleaned. Jonathan replied promptly. Will stay again next time we are in NZ!'
