'This is such a cute and convenient bed & breakfast! Keyless entry made checking in/out super easy. Loved the adorable room which had a great bathroom and lovely amenities in the form of a tea kettle, coffee, tea, milk. Very walkable, very close to both train and town center. Would absolutely stay here again!!'

'I find it very difficult to review this. The staff were absolutely lovely as were the other guests. However, I felt very misled by the advertising. It was extremely noisy (I was woken at 4 am by footsteps above my room and as the people upstairs were dancers, I cannot think anything except it has zero sound insulation). I also didn’t realize it would not provide towels. I paid £95 and then was expected to pay £2 for a towel. Breakfast included was rice crispies or oats. Completely misleading...

'Room exceeded my expectations, the only comment I have that when I tried to check in, my key didn't work and it took a while until I found someone/someone picked up the phone. And when came back from the spa, restaurant/bar was already closed (just after 9) which meant I couldn't order any room service. Aside from that - the room was PERFECT.'

'Excellent for the price I paid. Rooms have recently been renovated and it showed. The only niggles were that the extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy and probably needs replacing (room 10) and there was no hot water: I tried to have a shower but couldn't: No matter how long you ran the tap for or in which position the water never got warm. Would definitely stay there again. Big thank you to Jamie who so very kindly let me check in early.'

'A very convenient setting for the visit of myself and my wife plus our Cavalier King Charles Dog called Bella, to our daughter who lives in Bramhope. Very helpful staff and the breakfast's were excellent. My only gripe was the charge of £15.00 a night for four nights for our little dog who makes no mess and surely a thorough clean of the room at the end of our stay would suffice.'
