Thanks for your ★★★★★ review, GN! One of the sensors wasn't communicating properly with the security system but glad we were able to fix the sensor right away for you.

We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear we fell short in this area. While we do have professional monthly exterminating services, we will go extra lengths to make sure this never happens again. Dear Glen, thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. It is an extremely uncommon instance for us to have an unsatisfied guest. Due to the weather being in the mid 90s the week of your stay, firewood is not something we would think about providing but we will definitely look into it. As noted on our guests' reservations we do regularly leave extra linens in the dryer as we do launder absolutely everything in the home between each guests' stay. We did contact you about access to the home and the keypad but never received any other messages from you? I am the owner, not the manager and live less than 5 minutes away. Any contact from guests is and always will be immediately answered. We are sorry we missed the mark on this reservation and will continue to strive to do better.

Hi Alisha, thank you for you review. From your wonderful note, I was surprised to hear you felt the house was drafty. We have never heard that before or felt it when we stay there but of course your stay was in weather that was constantly in the minus digits. We will look into immediately. There is firewood stacked by the garage. I would have been happy to direct you to it, had I known you were in search of it.
